Well, this discussion seems pretty subjective, each to their own preference for a lecture hall for learning ARCH history. For me, I think it would be quite nice as an experience to learn ARCH history at a roman amphitheatre, the thought is quite poetic but probably not as functional. If we had to cement this in real life, I'd say the lecture hall where we have our current design lectures. WHY? the lecture experience is very cosy and intimate, makes it easier to focus. The skylight and the warm light also makes the experience more positive as a lecture hall compared to the science building. The seating for science building felt disengaging and very claustrophobic especially when you are seated in the middle of the row. The archi theatre gives you more freedom as the seats are separated from each other.
